Blinkhorne Foods was born from years of experience in kitchens across New Zealand and Australia, bringing a fresh, contemporary catering style back home to Christchurch.

We entered this industry out of pure love for food, and that love still drives everything we do. What excites us most is the freedom to shape every menu around fresh flavours, evolving trends, and a bit of artistic flair. Over time, we have built a strong community of suppliers and clients who share our passion for quality and creativity.

Blinkhorne Founder

Alesha Blinkhorne, lives and breathes food. Armed with a fine arts degree, she is a self-taught chef who has spent many years working alongside some of Melbourne’s most acclaimed chefs. Her menus are seasonal, inspired, and packed with fresh flavours and bold ideas that transform every meal into a memorable moment. Sourcing fromCanterbury’s best local producers, Alesha brings together creativity and quality in every plate.

When the weekend rolls around, Alesha’s happiest is surrounded by friends, family, and plenty of food. Nothing beats those relaxed days spent sharing meals and making memories with the people she loves. Now settled in Christchurch, Alesha has created more than a business. She’s built a community that loves great food, fresh ideas, and the personal touch that makes every event unforgettable.
